Aliina works with people in yoga basics and conscious body movement. She designs a custom class or series with an inward focus.

Aliina became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 250 hours in Training in 2015. She enjoys continued study in, and teaching of the 8 limbs of yoga, the chakra system, and injury prevention.
